RUFOUS-NAPED LARK, HWANGE NATIONAL PARK, ZIMBABWE

   We can ID this bird as a Rufous-naped Lark by its rufous short erectile crest (gives bird a shaggy head look), rufous nape and upper back (can't see rest of back), downcurved bill and dark brown barred tail.
   The Rufous-naped Lark is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 440.
