We can ID this bird as a Yellow-rumped Cacique as follows:

Mainly black plumage with bright yellow lower back (as much as we can see), rump and vent
Yellow patch on wing
Large pale bill
Blue eyes

Overall black, except for purple-red throat patch. In the second photo, the patch is flared in display. This happens fairly often.
Pale, broad, whitish gray bill.

Bold white dots on wing and single wingbar
White-tipped tail. In both photos if you look under the belly of the bird you can see the white tips of the tail.
