LEWIN'S HONEYEATER, WATTEMOLLA, ROYAL NATIONAL PARK, AUDLEY, NSW, AUSTRALIA

   We can ID this bird as Lewin's Honeyeater by its large  and crescent  shaped ear patch, greenish-grey color, bluish-grey eyes and creamy yellow gape.
   Lewin's Honeyeater is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 633.




WHITE-BROWED SCRUBWREN, WATTEMOLLA,, ROYAL NATIONAL PARK, AUDLEY, NSW, AUSTRALIA

   We can ID this bird as a White-browed Scrubwren by its predominantly brown color, prominent white brows, pale irises and white throat. 
   The White-browed Scrubwren is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 632.






MALE SUPERB FAIRY-WREN, WATTAMOLLA, ROYAL NATIONAL PARK, AUDLEY, NSW, AUSTRALIA

   We can ID this bird as a male Superb Fairy-Wren by its bright blue head with black mask, black throat, whitish belly, blue tail and black bill.
   The Superb Fairy-Wren is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 631.

   This is the black-backed form of the Australian Magpie. 




BROWN GERYGONE AT NEST, HACKING RIVER, ROYAL NATIONAL PARK, AUDLEY, NSW, AUSTRALIA

   We can ID this bird as a Brown Gerygone by its being at a typical Brown Gerygone nest, brown  upperparts and grey underparts  (as much as we can see).
   The Brown Gerygone is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 630.
