LITTLE BEE-EATER, CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA

   We can ID this bird as a Little Bee-eater by its green back, buffy underparts, yellow throat with black stripe under it and green crown.
   The Little Bee-eater is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 417.

COMMON GREENSHANK, CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA

   We can ID this wader as a Common Greenshank by its grey upperparts, whitish underparts, long greenish legs and long slightly upturned grey bill with a dark tip.
   The Common Greenshank is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 416.



SOUTHERN GREY-HEADED SPARROW, CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA

   We can ID this bird as a Southern Grey-headed Sparrow by its plain grey head, brownish upperparts, grayish underparts, rufous rump and two white wingbars.
   The Southern Grey-headed Sparrow is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 415.

STREAKY-HEADED SEEDEATER, CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA

   We can ID this bird as a Streaky-headed Seedeater by its streaked brownish color above, dark brown face and prominent whitish eyebrow.
   The Streaky-headed Seedeater is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 414.
