We can identify this warbler as a Yellow-rumped Warbler by the yellow on its flank, its brownish color (on winter bird), pale throat and streaked breast. In this view we cannot see the yellow rump.

This bird can be identified as a Gray Catbird by its overall gray plumage, its black cap and its blackish tail.
FEMALE DOWNY WOODPECKER, NAPLES BOTANICAL GARDEN, NAPLES, FL
We can ID this woodpecker as a Downy Woodpecker, rather than a Hairy Woodpecker, by its relatively small bill.
