It is interesting to see the female Northern Flicker with two adult males. Female Northern Flickers are normally socially monogamous, but about 5% of females take on two male mates simultaneously. In these rare cases, the female will establish two separate nests with the two different males and lay a clutch of eggs in each. We don't know if this the case here, but it very well might be.
