Has anyone ever seen and/or photographed a Loggerhead Shrike or even a Northern Shrike like this. I believe it's probably a Loggerhead Shrike, but can't explain the black streaks. If anyone has seen a Shrike like this let me know, especially if you can explain it, as a comment on Facebook.
