MALE HAIRY WOODPECKER, DUCK PONDS, HIGH PARK, TORONTO, ONTARIO, 7/19/2025

   We can tell this is a Hairy Woodpecker and not a Downy Woodpecker (they are very similar) by its longer bill compared to a Downy's bill.
