FEMALE BLACK-THROATED MANGO, BLANCHISSEUSE ROAD, NORTHERN RANGE, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO
We can ID this hummingbird as a female Black-throated Mango by its white underparts with a black stripe from chin to abdomen and it's slightly smaller size than similar Green-throated Mango. Also the Black-throated Mango is much more common than the Green-throated Mango.
The Black-throated Mango is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 543.
