   The colorful ducks with rufous flanks and green heads are male Northern Shovelers in breeding plumage.   The more plain ducks with orange bills are female Northern Shovelers.

   The multicolored ducks are male Wood Ducks in breeding plumage.   The grayish ducks with white around their eyes are female Wood Ducks.

   In the first photo, the male Ring-necked Duck is on the left and the female on the right.   The second photo shows a standing female Ring-necked Duck.

   This fawn and other White-tailed Deer earlier were being fed apples.  Deer seem to love apples.
