CORMORANTS, FERRIS WHEEL & ABANDONED BOAT, NIAGARA RIVER, NIAGARA FALLS, ON
Thought this was an interesting photo, with the Double-crested Cormorants roosting on a couple of snags in the middle of the Niagara River, the ferris wheel in the background and an abandoned grounded boat in the foreground.

YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER, PRESQU'ILE PROVINCIAL PARK, MILFORD, ON
We can ID this warbler as the "Myrtle" variety of the Yellow-rumped Warbler as follows:
- Yellow shoulder patch.
- Dark face with split eye-ring.
- Dark streaks on breasts and flanks.
- Pale eyebrow. You can just make this out on the first photo.
- Whitish throat.

The two large gulls ( at center and upper right) are Ring-billed Gulls and the smaller gulls are Bonaparte's Gulls in various stages of development.
