MALE AMERICAN REDSTART, PRINCE EDWARD POINT NATIONAL WILDLIFE AREA, MILFORD, ON
We can ID this warbler as a male American Restart as follows:
- Black face, upperparts and breast.
- White belly.
- Orange-yellow patches on wings, tail and sides,

MALE BLACK-THROATED GREEN WARBLER, PRINCE EDWARD POINT NATIONAL WILDLIFE AREA, MILFORD, ON
We can ID this warbler as a male Black-throated Green Warbler by its black bib and yellow face, the thick black stripes on its flank and the two wing bars (you can just make out the start of these in the photo).
BARN SWALLOW, PRINCE EDWARD POINT NATIONAL WILDLIFE AREA, MILFORD, ON
We can ID this swallow as a Barn Swallow by the dark rufous throat, the lighter fufous underparts and blue-black above.
