The first two photos are of Laughing Gulls in breeding plumage. They have black hoods, red bills and all black wingtips. The Laughing Gull in the third photo is in nonbreeding plumage. It has black smudges on the head and a black bill.

A FRUSTRATED BLUE JAY, SUGDEN PARK, NAPLES, FL
This Blue Jay was frustrated that it couldn't get into the feeder and reach the seeds. It finally went on the ground near the feeder to see what pickins there were.

We can ID this dove as a Common Ground-Dove by the following:
- Small size.
- Orange bill with dark tip.
- Dark spots on wing coverts.
