The Glossy Ibis on the left is molting from nonbreeding to breeding plumage. Most of the body has turned dark brown with the wings glossy blue-green. The Little Blue Heron is on the right.

JUVENILE LITTLE BLUE HERON, WAGON WHEEL RD., BIG CYPRESS NATIONAL PRESERVE, COLLIER COUNTY, FL
We can ID this heron as a juvenile Little Blue Heron because it is all white and has pale gray lores and pale gray bill with a dark end.
