HOODED VULTURE IN FLIGHT, ZAMBEZI RIVER, LIVINGSTONE, ZAMBIA

   We can ID this raptor as a Hooded Vulture by its all-brown and dark color when seen from below, underwing pattern and slender bill (first photo).  Also, in the second photo you can see the white of the crown and/or face.
   The Hooded Vulture is a new species to our Photograhic Life List, which now stands at 364.
