WHAT N THE WORLD ARE THESE DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANTS DOING?. WAKODAHATCHEE WETLANDS,DELRAY BEACH,FLORIDA, 11/30/2020

   What do you think these Double-crested Cormorants are doing: playing, fighting, courting, mating or what?  Initially I thought they may be mating, but it isn't breeding season yet.  The breeding season is from March to May.
