HAWAIIAN COOT, WETLANDS, KAILUA, OAHU, HAWAII, 11/12/2017

   We can ID this coot as a Hawaiian Coot by its all black body, white bill and white frontal shield.  The Hawaiian Coot is endemic to Hawaii. 

   The Hawaiian Coot is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 767.
