MALE STRIATED FIELDWREN, WESTERN TREATMENT PLANT, WERRIBEE, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA

   We can ID this bird as a male Striated Fieldwren by its cocked tail with whitish tip, white eyebrow, white throat, paler below than above with black streaks all over and it's observed continuous back-and-forth movement. 
   The Striated Fieldwren is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 670.
