BROWN FALCON ON POLE & IN FLIGHT, WESTERN TREATMENT PLANT, WERRIBEE, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA

   We can ID this raptor as the pale morph of the  Brown Falcon by its dark brown upperparts, whitish underparts streaked with brown, bluish bill and pale chin and face.
   The Brown Falcon is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 671.
