DUSKY MOORHEN, HACKING RIVER, ROYAL NATIONAL PARK, AUDLEY, NSW, AUSTRALIA

   We can ID this gallinule as a Dusky Moorhen by its overall dark brown color, red frontal shield, thin red bill with yellow tip and white patch on the side of the undertail.
   The Dusky Moorhen is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 618.
