GRAY-BREASTED MARTIN, BLANCHISSEUSE ROAD, NORTHERN RANGE, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO

The swallow on the right is a male Gray-breasted Martin  and the one on the left a female.  We can ID the male Gray-breasted Martin by its generally blue black color; greyish throat, breast and flanks and a slightly forked tail. The female on the left is duller than the male.
The Gray-breasted Martin is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 549.
