SCISSOR-TAILED FLYCATCHER, CR-835 & DEER FENCE RD., CLEWISTON, FL

Thanks to our friends Eleanor and Bill for tipping us off as to where this flycatcher might be seen.  Low-and-behold, it was sighted by Sharon just where they suggested it might be.  The Scissor-tailed Flycatcher was on a power line about 1/4 mile north of the intersection of CR-835 and Deer Fence Rd., which leads to the entrance to STA-5.
We can ID this flycatcher as a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher by its prominent long, forked tail; pale grey head; blackish wings and salmon-pink flanks.
The Scissor-tailed Flycatcher is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 517.
