FAMILIAR CHAT, HAROLD PORTER GARDEN, BETTY'S BAY, WESTERN CAPE, SOUTH AFRICA

    We can ID this bird as a Familiar Chat by its brownish-grey upperparts, rufous-and-black tail pattern, pale eyering and rufous wash on the ear converts.
   The Familiar Chat is a new species to our Photographic Life List, whichnow stands at 494.
