GREAT EGRET, ZAMBEZI RIVER, LIVINGSTONE, ZAMBIA
We can ID this egret as a Great Egret, rather than a Yellow-billed or Intermediate Egret, because the gape line extends beyond the eyes and the bill nearly aligns with the flat top of head.
